By creating an account on pibtracker.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account. These Terms form a binding contract between you ("subscriber", "you") and De Facto IAS, the entity operating pibtracker.com ("pibtracker", "we", "us"), with its principal place of business in Pune, India.
Subject to your subscription being current and in good standing, we provide:
We may add new features, retire old ones, or change the format of any of the above with reasonable notice (typically 30 days). We will not silently remove a feature listed in your subscription tier without crediting you proportionally or offering a refund.
The product is editorial filtering and curation. It is not:
You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person; sharing logins with friends is not permitted and accounts found to be shared across many IPs simultaneously will be suspended without refund. The subscription is ₹599 per year, charged in full at conversion (after the 7-day free trial) via Razorpay. Renewal is annual, on the anniversary of your first paid day, unless cancelled. Razorpay sends a renewal reminder 7 days before each renewal. We do not charge any other fees beyond the ₹599 (taxes inclusive, GST-compliant invoice provided).

The editorial content on pibtracker.com — the daily Top 10, the weekly digest, the monthly PDF, the yearly booklet, the trap-watch notes, the scoring outputs — is owned by us. The underlying PIB releases themselves are Government of India publications and are public-domain via the Press Information Bureau.
As a subscriber you are licensed to read, print, and personally annotate our content. You are not licensed to republish, redistribute, resell, or use our content to train any machine-learning model. The Verification Sheet and Backtest Summary PDFs may be shared with teachers and aspirants for purposes of evaluating pibtracker — that is what they are for. The Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly editorial outputs may not be shared outside your personal use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms (especially Section 7), with proportional refund where applicable. You may terminate at any time from My account or by emailing us; refund terms are as per the refund policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period (so, at most, ₹599). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of UPSC marks, missed selection, lost employment opportunity, or any similar claim.
This is not us being defensive — it is the legal reality of any educational content service. Use the product as one input among many.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India. For consumer disputes under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, you retain all statutory rights under that Act.
Material changes to these Terms will be notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance, along with a plain-English summary of what changed. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel before they take effect and receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your subscription.
